                           BRANTLEY'S CONSULTING NOW  PROMOTES TALENT INTERNATIONALLY
 
 
Brantley Consulting has been a leading name in international business circles for a number of years.  They have served their clients with a variety of services; including Cross Cultural Communications, Business English, Contract Negotiations, Conflict Resolution, Marketing, and Promotions.  Brantley Consulting has now turned their considerable resources towards placing entertainers into the market that will best support their endeavors.
 
There are over three-hundred million people in the United States, and many thousands of them can sing, act, or perform well enough to make a living at it.  You have probably seen a number of performances that may have WOWED you.  So, why aren't they on a record label, or in a movie?  In many cases it's a matter of placing the right talent into the correct market.  Success can be broken down into simple numbers.  It is about forty percent talent, twenty-five percent marketing and positioning, twenty-five percent promotion, and ten percent luck.  All you have to do is look at "performers" like Tiny Tim, or Paris Hilton, to understand the power of marketing, and promotion.  It's true that who you know can go a long way in forwarding any artist's career, but without the proper infrastructure, and team, that career is usually short lived.
 
Please understand, Brantley Consulting is NOT a talent agency.  They do not arrange bookings, nor will they act as a personal manager.   Their strengths lie in the marketing, placement, and promoting of new talent, (usually on an international level) and they NEVER charge a fee for this service.  Their revenues depend solely on the success achieved through ticket, recording, and merchandise sales. 
 
Although Brantley Consulting generally seeks out promising talent, and then approaches the artist's agent directly, they are always open to new possibilities.  If you are interested in Brantley Consulting, please submit a demo tape ( 3 songs ) or video, photo, bio, and agent contact information (as well as your own).  Generally, if you are represented, we will contact your agent.  If you are not represented, or self-represented, please let us know.
 
Since they are investor's in the artist, Brantley Consulting is very selective.  Initial estimates indicate that less than one-half of one percent of unsolicited artists will be accepted.  However, please do not let this dissuade you.  If you have faith in your abilities, please contact them.
 
 
Some of what Brantley Consulting does:

   Research and analyze potential international markets.

   Develope a stratagy to help"Launch" the artist into the best possible market.

   Provide image, presence, and presentation advice.

   Invest in promoting the artist, the image, and the work.

   Forward all inquiries involving bookings, recording offers, or appearances of any kind, to the artist's agent.

   Actively market the airing, and sales, of the performer's music.

   Work diligently to get the artist "noticed".
 
   When the agent books a venue, we follow through by assisting in the development of the appropriate media kit. We also help arrange 
   interviews, autograph signing sessions, and continue working to promote a high level of interest in the event.

  
 What's in it for Brantley Consulting (generally): 
 
They usually receive an override on all, ticket, and certain record sales. This is usually 10% of gross up to our actual expenditures, at which time it is reduced to 7% of gross for a period of 7 years.*

They maintain exclusive development and marketing rights on all merchandise (except music) related to the artist. This would include photo's, tee-shirts, cups, posters, pins, buttons, etc. The artist retains an override equal to 30% of net on all sales
